On January 26, 2019, Wanjie's 2018 Annual Meeting and 2019 New Year Reception were held at Huiyuan Bar in Huanxiling. Before the reception, the company commended 55 exemplary individual in 2018. More than 100 employees attended this party.

Green harmony, we walk together - Wanjie Company organizes employees to carry out tree planting

In order to establish a new ecological civilization trend of "planting green, protecting green, and loving green", create a green working and living environment, and build a harmonious cultural factory area, our company launched a series of Arbor Day activities at the Fushan factory on the morning of March 16, 2020.

Arriving at the tree planting site, the company's general manager Liu Jungen explained in detail the essentials and techniques of tree planting to everyone. New saplings stood tall in the bright spring breeze, decorating the outside of the factory area with more vitality.

Through this tree planting activity, not only did it exercise the solidarity and cooperation ability among employees, but it also called on all staff to participate in the tree planting campaign, plant a tree, dedicate care, and increase hope.

——The celebration banquet for the 70th National Day and 15th Factory Anniversary, as well as the 10th Wanjie Song Festival, came to a successful conclusion

Fifteen years, for enterprises, is a witness and a difficult journey for Wanjie people to pursue their dreams;

Fifteen years, Wanjie, from scratch, from entrepreneurship to business maintenance, although experiencing storms, finally welcomed a rainbow;

Over the past fifteen years, the group has diversified its industries and achieved its own glorious achievements and industry recognition.

For fifteen years, the professional, dedicated, optimistic and enterprising people of Wanjie have composed an ordinary and beautiful melody with hard work and sweat, sharpened a sharp sword of their own, and demonstrated their style and spirit in the industry.

Over the past fifteen years, Wanjie people have worked hard and persevered in the fierce market competition, enduring the baptism of market storms and achieving fruitful results.

For this special occasion, on October 1, 2019, the 70th National Day and 15th Factory Celebration Toast Party with the theme of "Never Forget Our Original Aspiration and Forge Ahead", as well as the 10th Wanjie Song Festival Celebration, were held at the Fushan Factory.

The "Open Source Tapping Potential, Rushing Forward" Barbecue Party and the 12th Wanjie Company Song Festival were held

In order to enrich the leisure cultural life of employees, inspire their fighting spirit and confidence, and welcome the work of the second half of the year with enthusiasm and hard work, the company held the "12th Song Festival" on July 22, 2021.

Accompanied by the sound of the instrumental song "Good Luck Continues", the evening party officially kicked off. 18 wonderful programs were performed in turn, including the song "Love You for Ten Thousand Years", dance music "Treading on the Waves", chorus "Tomorrow Will Be Better", and duet "Heart Language". Finally, under the command of the general manager, the chorus "Unity is Strength" came to a successful end.

5. 2022

Wanjie Company launches steel grating industry standard knowledge examination

 To improve employees' learning ability and professional knowledge level of steel grating, enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development ability of the enterprise. On the afternoon of November 17, 2022, Wanjie Company conducted training and examination on the industry standard knowledge of steel grating. The exam content includes basic knowledge of steel grating, new industry standards, etc. The test questions are closely related to work.

Through this activity, the employees' mastery of industry knowledge was truly and effectively tested, enabling them to fully recognize their own shortcomings and future efforts. The company targeted employees to "check and fill in gaps", improving their theoretical level and business ability.

6. 2023

Climb the peak again, go to Zibo for barbecue

At 10:00 p.m. on May 28, 2023, all employees of Wanjie arrived at Hongmen in Mount Taishan. Mr. Liu Jungen held the flag awarding ceremony before climbing Mount Taishan in front of the Red Gate Tourist Center, and awarded the team the exclusive flag. At 11:30, all employees of Wanjie began to climb Mount Taishan Mountain.

The next day, all employees of Wanjie had a barbecue dinner in Zibo and the award ceremony for climbing Mount Taishan Mountain.

7. 2024

2024 Yantai Wanjie Party

On the afternoon of February 5, 2024, the New Year Reception was grandly held in the Changsheng Hotel. The entire reception was themed "Happiness, Innovation, and Struggle".

Mr Liu Jungen, the general manager of Yantai Wanjie New Material Co., Ltd., as well as regional leaders, suppliers, and others, gathered together to welcome the New Year and achieve a win-win future.

One of the 20th anniversary factory celebration activities

       During the National Day holiday, in order to express gratitude to our employees and their families for their years of dedication, and to celebrate the company's 20th anniversary together, on October 1st, our employees of Wanjie Company boarded the luxurious "Dream" cruise ship and enjoyed a comfortable time at sea.

10月2日，万捷公司以“新厂投产启新程，双节同庆颂祖国”未主题的第十四届歌会召开。

新厂投产后，烟台万捷将再增加2条钢格板生产线，总生产线达到6条，年生产能力扩大将到3万吨。

同时，我们增加了4条纵剪生产线，扁钢的产能达到5万吨。

On October 2nd, YanTai WanJie New Material Co.,Ltd held its 14th singing festival with the theme "Embarking on a New Journey with New Factory Production, Celebrating the Motherland on Double Festival Day".‌

‌Following the new factory's operation, Yantai WanJie New Material Co.,Ltd will add 2 new steel grating production lines, bringing the total to 6 lines. Annual production capacity will be expanded to 30,000 tons.

Additionally, we have installed 4 new slitting lines, increasing the annual production capacity of Bearing Bar of Gratings to 50,000 tons.
