Press-locked GratingsPress-locked is achieved by slotting rectangular cross bars into notched loading bars. This process provides grating with a smooth surface and clean appearance, making it ideal for architectural applications such as Building Exteriors, Balconies, Sun Shields, and Decorative Ceilings.

 

Press-locked grating is available in two types:

1.Standard Press-locked: Loading bars are notched and interlocked with cross bars under high-pressure hydraulic press.

2. Full-locked: Loading bars and cross bars of equal height are notched and mutually interlocked under extreme pressure.
